What is the MOQ?

For the orders with private label/logo/brand, the common MOQ is 100pcs for each item.

Is there a minimum order amount?

We normally maintain a minimum order amount of $1000.

Could we make a trial order with small quantity?

Yes, we are acceptable to support customers in the trial order.

Do you deal with OEM/ODM?

We can offer project proposal according to customer's requirements.
We can develop the molds according to the customer's project proposal.
We can process and produce products for customers based on their molds.

How to start with OEM order?

A.Use our current mode
No need a new mold, only change the logo and the package. Please send your logo and package information to us, we will make a design for you, and send artwork or image to you to check the outlook. If everything is ok, then we start mass production.

B.Use customer mode
Please send your drawing or sample to us, we will start with design. After the design being approved, we will make a sample mold and test it, then we will send the sample to customer for approval in case everything is OK. After getting the sample, logo and package approval, we will start mass production.

Will you offer the sale package and service of design?

Yes, we offer the neutro-packing without any logo, if needed, we can stick your logo/brand on the package.

Will you offer the certifications for your products?

We commonly offer the certifications, such as RoHS, CE, MSDS, UN38.3 etc.

What is the delivery time?

Within 50 working days upon receipt of the deposit，it is usually 15 working days.

Any insurance for purchasing your product?

Something will happen during transportation, if it really happens, damaged ones, please take a video and send it to us, we will replace it together with your next order.

2. T/T （$25 extra for each payment）.

Do you offer customers discounts?

It is possible for us to offer discounts. This is dependent on the number, type, brand and yearly sales volumes of the products ordered. 

How about custom tax and duty?

We can provide documents to assist the customs declaration and the customs clearance, customer should pay the customs tax and duty, and we can show lower value on the invoice.
